– Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our terms and conditions.
– All payments to Sister Ventures, LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because Sister Ventures, LLC has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.
– Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this price to be locked in.
– Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current.
You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
– Name changes are allowed with a $75 name change fee up until the final payment date.
– Late payment of $50 per person is required after the final due date listed on your payment plan. Late payment fees are automatically added to your reservations the day after your final due date.
– All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.
– Your deposit and payments are nonrefundable or transferable to another tour. Name transfers are only allowed to another individual(s) for a nominal fee on a case by case basis. No changes are allowed 90 days before departure.

Policies:

– You can log-in to our client portal to view your account and reservations 24 hours a day.

– Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided on the travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements.

– Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. Your name on your invoice MUST match your passport.

– We recommend Travel Protection that helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, Medical Expenses and more.

What's not included:

– Travel insurance protection. Travel protection is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
to protect your investment.
– Any visa requirements-Items of personal nature such as passports,
visas, etc.
– Transportation outside of SV activities.
– Any activity not mentioned in what’s included.
– BALI SWING Photo Options($) (at discretion of client).
– ElEPHANT SANCTUARY Options ($) (at discretion of client).

– Photos taken by SV, LLC team will be shared at discretion of company.

Health Requirements:

– Make sure you are up-to-date on routine vaccines before every trip.
These vaccines include the measles-mumps-rubella (MMR) vaccine,
diphtheria-tetanus-pertussis vaccine, varicella (chickenpox) vaccine,
polio vaccine, and your yearly flu shot.
– The CDC recommends you to visit your doctor (ideally, 4-6 weeks)
before your trip to get vaccines or medicines you may need.
– FULLY VACCINATED (can travel)
– Travelers who are fully vaccinated, DO NOT need to quarantine and can enter into Indonesia now without a PCR tests.
– Fully vaccinated: 2 or more doses. (Johnson & Johnson counts as 2 doses).
– UNVACCINATED (only with medical exemption letter)
– Unvaccinated travellers can enter Bali / Indonesia only if they are medically exempted (comorbidity diseases or other reasons that clearly state that for medical reasons they can not be vaccinated).
– You need: Medical statement letter from a doctor explaining the medical/health conditions and reason for vaccination exemption.
– You can not enter Bali-Indonesia, if you choose to be unvaccinated because of personal choice (other than medical conditions).

Notes:

– Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for six months beyond your travel dates/ date of arrival.
– Indonesia – Upon entry into Indonesia, passport holders are required to have two, entirely blank (unstamped) visa pages available in their passport, each time entry is sought into Indonesia. These pages are in addition to the endorsement/ amendment pages at the back of the passport.
– You can purchase the Visa already online and avoid queuing at VoA counters at the airport which will save you time and is much more convenient.

Only use the Official Immigration Website to purchase your Visa on Arrival online.

You can apply for e-VOA 14 days before your travel. However, you are advised to create an e-VOA request at least 48 hours before your departure.

If you do not purchase the e-VoA before you arrive in Indonesia, you can still purchase the VoA at the VoA counter in the airport arrival hall.

You will fly into DPS. Arrival date July 1, 2026. Departure date July 7, 2026. 7days/ 6nights

– Your final invoice will reflect increases resulting from currency devaluation in the event that it becomes necessary.

Automatic Billing Plan:

You will be enrolled in our automatic billing where you can relax knowing that your future payments will be made automatically. When you book, we’ll calculate an evenly divided automatic billing plan for you, and you will be made known in advance the day of every month that your payment will be processed.
– Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice. Automatic billing is available at no charge.
– You will be able to log into your account and check your invoice at any time after you have reserved your trip.
– Payments past due 60+ days will be grounds for immediate cancellation.
