– Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our terms and conditions.
– All payments to Sister Ventures, LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because Sister Ventures, LLC has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.
– Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this price to be locked in.
– Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current.
You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
– Name changes are allowed with a $75 name change fee up until the final payment date.
– Late payment of $50 per person is required after the final due date listed on your payment plan. Late payment fees are automatically added to your reservations the day after your final due date.
– All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.
– Your deposit and payments are nonrefundable or transferable to another tour. Name transfers are only allowed to another individual(s) for a nominal fee on a case by case basis. No changes are allowed 90 days before departure.

Policies:

– You can log-in to our client portal to view your account and reservations 24 hours a day.

– Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided on the travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements.

– Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. Your name on your invoice MUST match your passport.

– We recommend Travel Protection that helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, International Medical Expenses and more.

– Airport transfers are for the GROUP. There is no individual airport transfers. If you do not arrive or depart with the group, you will be responsible for your own airport transfers to/from our hotel.

Automatic Billing Plan:

You will be enrolled in our automatic billing where you can relax knowing that your future payments will be made automatically. When you book, we’ll calculate an evenly divided automatic billing plan for you, and you will be made known in advance the day of every month that your payment will be processed.
– Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice. Automatic billing is available at no charge.
– You will be able to log into your account and check your invoice at any time after you have reserved your trip.
– Payments past due 60+ days will be grounds for immediate cancellation.

– Any visa requirements-Items of personal nature such as passports,
visas or Covid-19 tests required to enter Ghana or to return to the U.S.

Health Requirements:

As of December 13, 2021 Rules for Ghana

– Make sure you are up-to-date on routine vaccines before every trip. These vaccines include the measles-mumps-rubella (MMR) vaccine,diphtheria-tetanus-pertussis vaccine, varicella (chickenpox) vaccine, polio vaccine, and your yearly flu shot.

*** YELLOW FEVER VACCINATION *** Required for arriving travelers from all countries if traveler is ≥9 months of age.

– The CDC recommends you to visit your doctor (ideally, 4-6 weeks)before your trip to get vaccines or medicines you may need.

Notes:

– Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for six months beyond your travel dates.
– West Africa – Upon entry into Ghana, passport holders are required to have at least two, entirely blank (unstamped) visa page (i.e. one side of such a page, not front and back thereof) in their passport, each time entry is sought into Ghana. These pages are in addition to the endorsement/ amendment pages at the back of the passport. Ghananian government regulations prohibit airlines from boarding passengers without the required blank visa page.
– Visa required (three business days for processing.
– Plan to arrive in (ACC) Accra on November 11, 2027 and depart November 20, 2027. Travel should begin November 10, 2027 or earlier depending on your flight choice.
– All prices are based on the rates of exchange in effect at the time of price quotation. In the event that the US dollar devalues, Sister Ventures, LLC reserve the right to increase prices accordingly. Your final invoice will reflect increases resulting from currency devaluation.
